There are ways for our psyches to be ensnared like a rat while we wander our world.
Have you ever seen a video, or god forbid, thought to look up a video about how to stop doom scrolling? Stop and think about what’s happening here. For someone to search that up implies a gorilla on their shoulder. They’re not going to win with the help of yet another video. They have nothing else to do, another video is still all they know. And every time one fails an attempt to escape, one digs themself deeper and deeper into the abyss.

If you focus on your pain, you might realize it doesn’t have to hurt. Pain is a sensation, an interpretation.
The sensation only means something to the nerves because they listen for it. The noise has no meaning on its own.

Have you ever seen a piece of art depicting love? Definitely. Do you know the archetypes? You do. The characters that just take different forms. They represent bits and pieces of what it means to be loved.
Take a look at what art pornographic artists make of their characters outside of the sexual scenarios. What does a multi dimensional character in a literrotica novel spend most of their time doing? What about comics? Those moments that build the character are essential. The part of someone that makes them worth wanting or wanting the desire of, often both.

It is beautiful that within the vast variances of paths of pneuma in this world, some are still able to communicate despite having taken such different paths. Sometimes the desire to reconnect results in symbiosis. A mutual rekindling of souls. Sometimes as coworkers, sometimes as companions. Sometimes one pneuma latches onto another, letting go of their own will to experience life and latching onto the momentum of another galloping through time.

One day, one day, one day. One day can be a blessing or a curse just the same, but either way it was important enough of a change to be remembered as 'one day'. You may know it's coming, you may not. You might be begging for it to come, or dreading the day it will.

Immortality is real. It exists today, it has existed always. Immortality is that a child has a whole life after their parent.
But, you say, that isn't always what immortality means. When someone desires immortality, they desire it for the individual. Unfortunately for them, immortality is not *meant* for the individual. The individual is meant to attempt, experience, wear down, and iterate.
Ironically, the gift of death is the reason anyone is able to fathom immortality to desire it in the first place.
Fundamentally, the individual cannot be immortal. A system can be made to be self healing to last forever, but you must still consider what such a hypothetical even means. What would happen to your brain after centuries? It's not made to have an infinite context, in fact it intentionally prunes itself of information as it ages within our own lifespans.
You will find countless other truths interrupting the fantasy of individual immortality if you keep digging at it.

God doesn’t hear you thanking it, so it will never respond. But you should never expect something in return for a thanks, so you can still feel blessed.
